Property Description

The Decca B&B is situated on the B8103 road that leads to the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse. It has ten bedrooms, some with an en-suite bathroom and others with their own shower facilities. There is a drying room and plenty of space for parking and bicycle storage. Breakfast offers homemade artisan bread, fruits, cereals and locally produced options including free range eggs from a nearby croft. Vegetarian, vegan and special diets are catered for.

The Decca has plenty of public space to allow for social distancing when required.

There is a large guest lounge with lots of books, games and visitor information. The dining room is large enough for big groups but comfortable for relaxed dining. Pete often plays the grand piano during dinner. Evening meals need to be booked in advance as they are home cooked featuring produce from local crofters, local shops and The Decca vegetable garden. During the summer months The Decca offers Music Suppers with an hour of traditional music after dinner and a six course Hebridean Tasting meal. They also have a range of handmade gifts.
